After working as a professional chef for many years, I decided it was time for a change and did a course in floristry, graduating with a Certificate IV from Box Hill Tafe. During my course (and after) I enjoyed looking after my succulents (my babies) and now I have a large collection.

During the covid lockdowns, I also learnt how to paint flowers and other designs onto old wine bottles. These can have lights added for decoration or be used as vases.
